Very disappointing experience. Someone accidentally transferred RM400 to them, and instead of handling it professionally and returning the whole amount of money, they refused to cooperate. It’s not even about the amount, it’s about basic honesty and integrity. RM50 pun sanggup makan duit haram, really shows the kind of attitude and values they have. Customer service and professionalism seriously need improvement
