This small campsite sits on the Rainforest Beach (also known as Sandy Coral Beach), next to Mira Beach at the Perhentian Kecil Island in Terengganu, one of the east coast state in Peninsular Malaysia. Campers need to take a 30-minute ferry ride from Besut Jetty to arrive there. There is also secluded private beach and guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant and drinks at the bar built on the headland at the seafront. The area is fantastic for snorkelling and diving.

The main feature of the campsite is camping in the rainforest beach while at the same time enjoying the quieter side of the island. A five-minute uphill walk is required into the forest. The tents are elevated, and the campsite is provided with basic amenities, including toilets and showers. There are a mattress, pillows and bed-sheet but no fan, blanket, towel or sleeping bag in the tent. Guests may also try hammock camping or take a stroll along the seafront to the other popular places like Coral Bay and Long Beach. Other activities in the surroundings include swimming, watching the sunset and relaxing while spotting shoals of fish darting around besides stingrays and reef sharks!

Q The Camps and Tents:

At the moment we offers 20 dome tents with the size of 4 adult person but to make it spacious and comfortable so we allow Only 2 person per tent. Each tent comes with mattress, pillows & bed-sheet. We do Not provide fan, blanket, towel and sleeping beg.

Q Toilet and Shower:

We offer "shared" western style toilet and sky-roof shower. Only clean fresh water at the moment. Hot water very soon!

Q Electricity and Internet:

We have generator that will start operation from 630pm till midnite. Plugs, charging station and power banks are available at cafe area. We do NOT provide internet and wifi. Alternatively you can still access 3G mobile internet and phoneline using mobile operator CELCOM simcard, its highly recommended to use CELCOM as their signal reception is the best within the area. You can buy and get their Starter pack at the mainland shops or 7-Eleven shop near Kuala Besut jetty.
