FAQs

Q How’s the weather in Cameron Highlands?

The weather can change throughout the day — sunny, cloudy, misty or rainy. Nights can get pretty chilly too, with temperatures dropping to around 16°C.

Q How’s the traffic in Cameron Highlands?

Traffic can get quite heavy on weekends, especially between 11am to 3pm. Usual hotspot areas are from Kuala Terla to Kea Farm, and Brinchang roundabout to Kea Farm.

Q Where can we buy food ingredients or essential items?

There are convenience stores nearby such as 99 Speedmart, 7-Eleven and local kedai runcit, all about 500m from the campsite. For bigger grocery runs, Billion Supermarket at Centrum Mall is around 3km away.

Q Where can we keep chilled or frozen food items?

We have a medium-sized fridge at our reception centre. Our staff will assist with storing and taking out your items. Fridge access is available from 10am to 8pm only. For more convenience, we highly encourage guests to bring their own cooler box as fridge space may be limited during peak periods.

Q When is the Night Market (Pasar Malam) and how far is it?

The Pasar Malam operates every Friday, Saturday and Public Holiday from 4pm to 10pm. It’s only about 450m from our campsite, so you can enjoy a nice evening stroll there. Do remember to bring along a jacket and umbrella/raincoat, just in case.
